alhamdulillah.......berjaya jugak akhirnya tp masih lg dlm proses

tp dpt la rsa saiz bju n jeans da berkurang....hehe

alhamdulillah....semua ni kurniaan allah......

ni gmbr msa disember 2010....ak yg pkai inner ijau tu....gemoksss kan....boooollaaaatt je muka tp seyesly,memg xrsa pon yg dri sgt gemuk.....hmmmm











ni gmbr latest..ak yg pkai jaket n sluar itam tu...julai 2011.....lose about 18kg.....pheewwww......its not as easy like everyone said......really!!!!!nk lose weight,have to work hard...kalo x,memg xkan tercapai impian anda utk slim.....















so,kpd yg berazam utk lose weight....mulakan skrg.......jgn delay2 lg sbb msa berjalan meninggalkan kita.......raya taun ni sy agak bahagia...(^_*)

diet d bulan ramadhan~~

maka tergodalah jiwa raga bila tgk juadah2 tersebut

hasil tanganku hari ini....yummy!!!

each person have their own way how to reward themselves
by shopping and buy all the things that attracted to them
by eating what they wanna eat
by holiday or trip to such a lovely place around the world


hehe
today,i give my body or "stomach" chance to eat
for the time being,i have to control what meal served and make a choice whether take it or leave it
but...........today i eat what i want
after about 3month i leave rice from my daily menu,today i take it
just to reward myself
hehe


n i prepare my own spagheti bolognese
i really dying to eat that spagheti
so,without wait for any second,just went to supermarket n bought the the needed things for me to prepare the meal
heh
my fren said "cant you just buy the meal......????"
no3.......i love to prepare it myself
(dalam proses bljr masak kan)haha

after tgk rncgn kuih raya biskut raya kt tv,trus teruja nk wat
n hasilnya wallllaaaahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!marvellous

bahan2:
-butter 125g
-gula caster 2sudu bsr(kalo nk manis ltk la lebey)
-esen vanila 1tsp
-tepung jagung 2sudu bsr
-tepugn gandum 2cwn
-jem blueberry 2sudu besar


cara2:
-mcm biasa,pukul butter dgn gula smpai kembang
-masukkan esen vanila,pukul lg
-masukkan tepung jagung,pukul lg
-masukkan tepung gandum sikt demi sikit
-pastu pastikan doh dah xmelekat kt bekas
-bole la terap ikut bentuk kesukaan anda
-n letak la jem kt ats biskut tu
-bakar pd suhu 160 selama 20mnit
-n tara!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!siap

merindui mereka



rindukan para mpp sesi 09/10....terlalu byk memori brsma mereka......gelak sama2....wat keje sama2....tido kt ofis sama2.....nangis sama2 time cek result.......T_T






rindukan geng2 ak....nape xletak gmbr betol???haha....saje.......nk banggakan hasil tgn teman ak ni.....si buyong yg smgt lukis pkai paint......rindu nk lepak2 ngan korg....rindu nk tgk movie sama2....shopping sama2....huhu....ngumpat sama2....hak3



rindu classmates......rindu nk wat esemen sama2......xtido sama2.....pening kpla then serang lecturer sama2....huhu.....miss all the moment




bila da abes degree nti,adakah kita akan masih contact??????hopefully kita still akan attach to each other smpai bila2.....smpai korg da beranak pinak.....syg korg sume.....muahhh

nothing la wei kalo nk dicomparekan dgn the biggest loser
dorg workout 6-8 hours kot everyday
mna x kurus kering in 6 month
ko gila????nk workout smpai mcm tu skali
xwat keje lain la ak noxxx

-250g butter
-1/2 tin susu pekat manis
-1/2 cwn milo
-1/2 cwn serbuk koko
-1 peket biskut meri(patah2kan)

cara2:
-cairkan butter dlm kuali
-masukkan susu pekat,kacau rata
-masukkan milo n serbuk koko
-bila adunan da berkilat,masukkan biskut
-tuang dlm loyang
-mendapkan dia
-SIAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-letak dlm peti ais
